1. Our Work
Our projects explore fetish-inspired art in its most authentic and artistic form.
We work with real people, real stories, and individual expressions of desire. While based in Berlin, our work may take place internationally.

2. Artistic Vision
We approach photography as artists first.
Our goal is to create visual work that goes beyond documentation, focusing on beauty, freedom, intimacy, and performance as raw artistic expression. All sessions are conducted in a safe, inclusive, and mixed-gender environment. Usually, in well-known sex-positive spaces in Berlin, like Kitkat Club, Insomnia, Atrium, SinBerlin and other main spaces. Granting safety to each participant.

3. Collaboration & Consent
By participating in a project, you agree to take part in erotic and fetish-oriented artistic poses and acts, always within your personal comfort zone and boundaries pre-aligned by all participants. From each session, our team curates a minimum of five images representing our artistic vision. Participants may select additional images if desired.
4. Image Sharing & Credits
Participants agree to be added as collaborators on our Instagram posts to support the visibility of the work. If participants share the images independently, @ElectricSkinBerlin or @electricskinberlin.sfw must be added as a collaborator in all publications.
5. Publication in Platforms
Our collaborative work may be shared on platforms including Instagram, FetLife, JoyClub, X, Telegram, OnlyFans, as well as in printed art and gallery exhibitions. For OnlyFans publications, we are legally required to collect valid ID from all visible participants, in compliance with platform verification and data protection regulations.
6. Revenue Sharing
Any financial revenue generated from the publication of collaborative work will be shared equally: 50% Electric Skin / 50% Participants.
7. Professional Commitment
We operate with professionalism, care, and transparency at every stage of the creative process.

8. Collaboration Agreement
All participants must read and agree to our Collaboration Agreement prior to the session.
The agreement will be signed in two copies on the day of the shoot.
